📞 Missed Call Text Back: Now With Brains (And Extra Sass)
Fun fact: most of your leads don’t leave voicemails. Sad fact: texts sometimes failed because the number they called couldn’t send SMS. Solution? Cycl Sales now automatically finds a phone number that can text back!
- We’ll try to text back from the original number—if it can’t, we find another eligible number (think of it as a phone number relay race).
- If you’ve messaged the caller before, we’ll use that number; if not, your default outbound number joins the party.
In rare cases, your text may come from a different number, but it’s all about getting the message delivered!
