7 Cycl Sales Updates That'll Make Your Week a Little Easier
Another week, another stack of updates to make your day-to-day a little smoother. We dug through everything that shipped recently and pulled out the good stuff — the features you'll actually notice, not the boring under-the-hood plumbing. Grab a coffee ☕ and let's get into it.
🎨 A Whole Bunch of Fresh Templates Just Landed
If you've ever stared at a blank page trying to build a website, funnel, or email campaign, this one's for you. A fresh batch of ready-made templates just landed — websites, funnels, emails, social posts, and ad templates covering everything from car detailing to financial coaching.
They're fully customizable, so think of them as a head start, not a straightjacket. Swap the colors, change the copy, make it yours, and you'll be up and running way faster than starting from scratch.
🤖 Meet Certificate AI (Beta)
Designing a certificate used to mean wrestling with fonts, borders, and alignment until your eyes crossed. Not anymore. Certificate AI is a new beta feature that turns a simple text description into a full certificate design in minutes.
Just describe what you need — a course completion award, an event badge, a training certificate — and it'll ask a few quick questions (like orientation) before building out something you can keep tweaking by hand afterward. It even knows how to add signatures and QR codes, because apparently robots are good at that now.
⏰ Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes Can Now Set Their Own Bedtime
Ever run a flash sale or a webinar signup that was supposed to close on a certain date, but you forgot to actually turn it off? Yeah, we've all been there. Now Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes can open and close themselves automatically, right on schedule.
Pick when it opens, pick when it closes, choose your time zone, and decide what visitors see if they show up early or late — a custom message or a redirect to somewhere else entirely. Set it once and let it handle the rest.
📅 Your Calendar Finally Understands What a Day Off Is
Here's a small change that fixes a genuinely annoying problem. If your booking window was set to a couple of days but your business is closed on weekends, clients could land on your calendar and see... nothing. A wall of grayed-out days that made it look like you'd vanished.
Now there's a toggle called "Count available days only," and when it's on, your calendar skips the days you're closed and only counts actual working days toward your booking window. Weekends off? No problem — your calendar just quietly hops over to Monday.
📧 Pick the Right Sending Domain for Every Workflow
Up until now, every automated email from a workflow went out from the same domain, whether it was a friendly appointment reminder or a promotional blast. That's a bit like using the same doormat for your front door and your garage — technically it works, but it's not doing you any favors if one of them gets muddy.
Now you can choose a specific sending domain for each workflow. Keep your receipts and reminders on one domain and your promotions on another, so if one campaign has a rough day, it doesn't drag your important transactional emails down with it.
📱 Testing SMS Just Got Way Less Annoying
Quick, honest question: how many times have you typed your own phone number into a test field, hit send, and gotten a cryptic error because you forgot the country code? The test number field now has a proper country flag picker built right in, just like everywhere else in the app.
Pick your flag (it defaults to your own country automatically), type your number the normal way you'd dial it, and hit send. No more guessing games, no more mystery formatting errors.
💬 A Clearer Picture of Your WhatsApp Sending Limits
WhatsApp changed how it calculates messaging limits, and now the limit applies across your whole business portfolio instead of to each individual phone number. In plain English: all your WhatsApp numbers now share one daily sending limit, and one busy number can eat up the whole thing.
There's now a dedicated messaging limits panel under WhatsApp Settings that shows you the real, shared number that actually governs what you can send today — instead of a confusing per-number figure that never told the full story.
⚡ Run Automations on a Whole Batch of Records at Once
Sometimes you don't want to wait for a new record to trigger a workflow — you just want to grab a pile of existing records and set an automation loose on all of them. Now you can, straight from the list view for Companies and Custom Objects.
Select the records you want, pick the workflow, confirm, and watch the progress from Bulk Actions. It's perfect for onboarding a batch of companies at once, kicking off renewal automations, or processing a big list you just imported.
That's a Wrap 🎬
That's everything worth knowing from this week. Some of these are small quality-of-life fixes, some are brand new toys to play with — but they all add up to a platform that gets a little easier to use every week. Go poke around and see what's new for you.
