When someone messages you for the first time using a username instead of a phone number, Cycl Sales automatically creates a contact for them anyway, using their username and a unique ID tied to your business. Translation: no leads slip through the cracks, even if you never see their phone number.

💬 Your Chat Widget Can Now Live Right On the Page
Ever notice how most chat bubbles hide in the bottom corner like they're avoiding eye contact? Not anymore. You can now embed any chat widget — Live Chat, Voice AI, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email/SMS, all of it — directly inside a section of your page instead of a floating bubble.

⌨️ Google Ads Keywords: Copy, Paste, Done
Good news for anyone who's ever typed the same keyword forty different times: the old 40-keyword limit for Positive and Negative Keywords in Google Ads campaigns is gone. You can now paste in a whole list at once, separated by commas or new lines, and Cycl Sales will automatically clean up duplicates and stray spaces for you.
It's a small change that saves a genuinely annoying amount of clicking.
🧾 Rental Invoices Finally Do the Math the Way You'd Expect
If you rent out equipment or space, this one's for you. Invoice line items now show the real per-unit price and the actual quantity booked, instead of lumping everything into one confusing number.
So instead of a single mystery line that says "$540.00, Qty: 1," a booking for 4 units at $50 a day for 3 days now shows "$135.00 per unit, Qty: 4, Total: $540.00." Same total, way less head-scratching for your customers.
