1. Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the CyclSales Affiliate Program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legal agreement between you ("Affiliate") and CyclSales.
2. Commission Structure
You will earn recurring commissions based on your direct referrals who remain active subscribers.
Affiliates receive a 20% commission on all direct referrals.
Commissions are recurring for the life of each customer. Payments are based on the referred user's active subscription status and processed monthly.
3. Referral Attribution
- You will be issued a unique affiliate tracking link.
- A referral is credited to the first affiliate whose link was used.
- Cookies are valid for 60 days.
- Only sign-ups through your unique link will count.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid via PayPal.
- A valid PayPal email address is required.
- The minimum payout threshold is $50.
- Payments are processed once per month.
- You are responsible for any taxes due on affiliate income.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
As a CyclSales Affiliate, you agree not to:
- Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices
- Use spam or unsolicited email marketing
- Create confusion with CyclSales branding or impersonate the company
- Use paid advertising to bid on branded terms such as "CyclSales"
- Offer unofficial discounts, bonuses, or cash incentives
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the affiliate system
Violation of this policy may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Brand Usage
You may use approved logos, promotional images, and copy provided by CyclSales. Any custom marketing materials must maintain brand consistency and integrity.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, commissions earned through the termination date will be paid on the regular payout schedule. CyclSales reserves the right to remove an affiliate from the program for any reason, including violation of these terms.
8. Modifications
CyclSales may update this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Notification of significant changes will be sent to the email address on file.
9. Earnings Disclaimer
CyclSales makes no guarantees regarding affiliate income. Earnings depend on the number and quality of referrals you generate. Individual results will vary.
